The No.2 Falcon (original model) open for loading
The No.2 Falcon was introduced in 1897 for 3-1/2 x 3-1/2 photos on No.101 rollfilm.The shutter is
tensioned with a small brass knob just under the lens. The camera was opened by pulling the camera
into two parts, a box-like shell, and one side with the workings attached. The camera was replaced by a
improved model in 1899, aptly named the No.2 falcon Improved Model, with loading acomplished via
removeable back and sides. This in turn was replaced the same year with the No.2 Flexo
